Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our Atlantic, IA team for part-time in-home ABA services. You will implement skill-building and behavior plans, collect session data, and support families to help clients reach their goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, Same Day Pay, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling programs. A 6-month commitment is encouraged to maximize client impact and team continuity.
