• Identify shortages and prepare substitutions.
• Maintain open communication with management.
• Follow guidelines and strict schedules.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally (grooming, attire).
• Maintain good relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing environment; accept input.
• Protect equipment and report damages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

We are seeking a part-time Audio Visual Technician to work at The Meritage Resort in Napa, CA.

This role will pay $24.00 per hour.

What would you do as a Part-Time Audio Visual Technician?

• Prep, set, and strike audio-visual equipment and keep inventory updated at all times
• Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
• Operate AV equipment with a full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
• Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment orders and offer substitutions
• Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
• Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
• Professionally represent INSPIRE and follow grooming and attire policies in place
• Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where input is always appreciated
• Protect company equipment as if it were your own, and report any damage to the respective personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Any other duties that are assigned
