Job summary

CAE is seeking a Part Time ATP/CTP Ground School Instructor in Eagan, Minnesota to join our training department. You will deliver ground school instruction, tailor sessions to diverse learners, and maintain FAA-compliant records.

The role requires an unrestricted ATP certificate, US work authorization, and a willingness to participate in CAE’s DOT drug & alcohol program. On-call schedule aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Part 121 experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATP/CTP ground school instruction for trainees.
• Coordinate 8–10 days of availability per month with scheduling team.
• Tailor training sessions to diverse learner needs and levels.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with CAE and FAA requirements.
