Job summary

CAE is seeking a Part Time ATP/CTP Ground School Instructor to join our training department in Eagan, Minnesota. The instructor will deliver ground school instruction for ATP/CTP programs and help trainees develop FAA-compliant knowledge and skills.

The role emphasizes coaching, clear communication, and the ability to tailor sessions to diverse learners. Availability of 8–10 days per month, on-call schedule, and a focus on customer service align with CAE's safety-first training culture.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to live/work in the United States.
• An unrestricted ATP certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years' Part 121 experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Office and other internet based programs.
• Must be able and willing to participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
