Job summary

CAE is seeking a Part Time ATP/CTP 737 Sim/Ground School Instructor in Eagan, Minnesota. The role involves delivering simulator and ground school training, tailoring sessions for diverse learners, and maintaining records per CAE and FAA requirements.

The ideal candidate has an ATP with 737 type rating and at least 2 years of Part 121 experience, plus strong coaching and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to live/work in the United States.
• ATP certificate with 737 type rating.
• Minimum of 2 years Part 121 experience.
• Basic computer proficiency—Microsoft Office and other internet programs.
• Must be willing to participate in CAE's Drug & Alcohol testing program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ATP/CTP 737 simulator and ground school training.
• Tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs and maintain accurate records per FAA/CAE policy.
• Coordinate scheduling with CAE based on availability and business needs.
