Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
• BOC Athletic Training Certification.
• Texas Athletic Training License is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services to support the health and safety of student athletes.
• Plan injury prevention, evaluation, emergency care, treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning.
• Attend practice sessions and athletic contests as assigned by athletic leadership.
• Prepare athletes for practices using evaluations, taping, bracing, and protective equipment.
• Respond to medical emergencies with acute injury assessment and first aid within scope of practice.
• Maintain confidential medical records and communicate progress to staff and families.
