Select Physical Therapy at Sea-Tac Airport in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support our busy airport hub. The role emphasizes ergonomics, education, and preventive programs for employee well-being in a fast-paced aviation setting.

You will conduct ergonomic assessments, deliver education, and develop preventive exercise routines to reduce injuries and promote overall wellness among staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Healthcare experience.
• CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits.
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs.
• Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury.
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees.
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics.
