Select Physical Therapy at SeaTac is seeking a Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist (Certified Athletic Trainer) to support our airport hub. The role combines ergonomic assessments, employee education, and preventive exercise programs to reduce workplace injuries and enhance employee well-being.

The ideal candidate has a BS, healthcare experience, CPR certification, and strong musculoskeletal prevention knowledge; hours are weekdays/weekends with flexible scheduling, and compensation ranges

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury.
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees.
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics.

Select Physical Therapy is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Part-time Injury Prevention Specialist to join our team supporting a fast-paced airport hub at Sea-Tac Airport in SeaTac, WA. This is a great opportunity for a certified athletic trainer (ATC). We’ll pair our coverage needs with your availability to create a schedule that works for you. This dynamic role integrates ergonomics, employee education and coaching, preventive exercise programs, early intervention strategies, and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.
