The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain assigned store sections, manage merchandise, ensure proper pricing and product rotation, stock shelves and displays, and prepare perishable items for sale.
2. Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
4. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process refunds as authorized.
5. Verify customer eligibility when selling alcohol.
6. Assist customers courteously with current store and product information.
7. Assist with loading customer purchases when requested.
8. Record inventory and store supplies, noting lost or damaged goods.

What You'll Bring

1. Ability to read and write English, interact well with the public and co-workers.
2. Understand instructions, labels, pricing, and store communication.
3. Present information effectively to individuals and groups.
4. Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
5. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 45 pounds frequently, and 60 pounds occasionally.
