The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is the key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, manage merchandise receiving and stocking, ensure proper pricing, check product date codes, and prepare perishable items for sale.
• Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process refunds as approved.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.
• Assist customers courteously with product information and loading purchases into vehicles when requested.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, record damaged goods and store supplies.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English, interact with the public and co-workers.
• Understand instructions, labels, pricing, and memos.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
