LensCrafters in Wichita, KS is seeking a Part-Time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care and uphold the brand promise. You will work with the MOD and store team to provide exemplary patient service while following clinical protocols and leveraging our tools.

You will maintain licensure, demonstrate strong communication, and help drive growth through teamwork, training colleagues, and ensuring patients understand their eye health and exam results.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and active licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Solid organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality Optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Collaborates with the MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Leads patient service processes to ensure outstanding experience.
• Maintains office systems, licensure, and continuing education requirements.
• Mentors team members and provides constructive feedback.
