EssilorLuxottica's Pearle Vision practice in Virginia Beach is seeking an Associate Optometrist for a part-time role. You will work within a Pearle Vision Subleasing practice, under an affiliated doctor, delivering high-quality optometric care with clinical autonomy.

Flexible scheduling is available, including part-time commitments, and the practice uses a full suite of OD equipment and an automated online appointment system. Pay and hours are negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Qualifications

• Licensed optometrist (OD) in good standing.
• Ability to provide comprehensive eye care to patients.
• Experience working in optical practice settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Work within the Pearle Vision Subleasing practice model.
• Operate within the independent doctor framework and negotiate terms with supervising doctor.
• Utilize the online appointment book and patient recall system.
