Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry with state licensing in good standing.
• Experience in independent practice or subleased/contracted model preferred.
• Ability to manage full scope of optometric care with clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose visual issues.
• Provide patient counseling and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Subleasing Doctor to align care and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and recall systems.
