Smile Starters Dental in Raleigh, NC seeks an Associate Dentist (General Practice – Pediatrics/Young Adults) for a part-time/production-based role. We offer a modern, multi-dentist environment serving children and young adults up to age 20 in a newly updated facility.

Open to new graduates, pediatric experience preferred but not required. You'll focus on clinical care with a strong earning potential within a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Dental License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to pediatric and young adult patients across a wide range of needs.
• Conduct routine exams, restorative treatment, and hygiene checks.

• Collaborate with fellow dentists and clinical staff in a group setting.
• Support the practice team with additional duties as assigned.

Overview:

Part Time Opportunity

This position allows you to earn like a practice owner, yet live like an employee. Our well-established, modern practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. We are a general practice providing comprehensive care to children and young adults through age 20 in a newly updated facility. This is a multi-dentist office supported by an experienced team of auxiliary staff.

As an Associate, you’ll focus fully on your clinical skills without the administrative responsibilities of running a practice. The position is production-based, offering exceptional earning potential and benefits. You’ll be providing routine exams, general restorative treatment, and hygiene checks. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dental care to pediatric and young adult patients across a wide range of needs
