Paycom - ATS in Raleigh, NC seeks an Associate Dentist (Pediatrics & Young Adults) to join a modern multi-dentist practice with a fully booked schedule from day one. The role focuses on comprehensive pediatric care in a busy, supportive setting.

Responsibilities include exams, restorative care, hygiene oversight for ages 1–20, and collaborating with parents, a hygienist, and dental assistants. Mentorship is available for new graduates; 4-day work week structure exists.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Dental License (or eligible to obtain).
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.
• New graduates are highly encouraged to apply; mentorship offered.
