The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is the key to our success! Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise, ensure proper pricing, check product dates, and prepare perishable items for sale.
2. Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
3. Maintain sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
4. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process refunds with approval.
5. Verify customer eligibility for alcohol sales.
6. Assist customers with current store and product information courteously.
7. Load customer purchases into vehicles when requested.
8. Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies.

What You'll Bring

1. Ability to read and write English and interact effectively with the public and coworkers.
2. Ability to understand instructions, labels, and memos.
3. Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
4. Common sense to follow detailed instructions.
5. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 45 pounds frequently, and 60 pounds occasionally.
