Qualifications

• Confident with use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and provides advice on financial solutions.
• Identifies customer needs and guides conversations to align with best interests of customers.
• Welcomes customers in the branch and explains available digital and self-serve options to simplify banking.
• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities that grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Assists in client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and personal banking and investment advice.
• Meets transaction-based needs with seamless execution and supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes.
