You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, process new accounts, and support branch operations while complying with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and delivering attentive, friendly service, in-branch queue management, and meeting scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
