Job summary

Chase in the United States is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering modern banking solutions and attentive service. You will build trusted relationships with clients and help them reach their financial goals through product knowledge and friendly guidance.

As part of the Consumer Banking division, you will greet clients, open accounts, support transactions, and guide customers through Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross‑selling solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling with devices like cash vaults and ATMs, in line with policies.
