Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Client service experience or similar.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Willingness to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash handling and adherence to bank policies.
