Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations with daily transactions, open new accounts, and follow all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service tools like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing knowledge to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
