Job summary

Park View Assisted Living is seeking a Universal Worker to provide personal care and daily living support in our assisted living facility. The role includes assisting tenants with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility, while maintaining safety and dignity.

The Universal Worker will help with light housekeeping, observe resident conditions, and report changes to the Nurse Manager. High school or GED and Nurse Aide certification are required, with English literacy essential.

Qualifications

• Motivated to support residents with daily living activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with personal care including dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as delegated.
• Observe and report changes in tenants’ condition to the Nurse Manager.
• Follow tenant service plans and safety policies.
