Job summary

Park View Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Universal Worker to join our caring team. The shift is 7:30am-5:30pm PT/PRN with alternating weekends.

You will perform light housekeeping, laundry, assist dietary with meals, and provide personal care per tenant service plans to keep tenants comfortable and safe. Higher wage is offered if certified nursing assistant (CNA), and a minimum of a high school diploma with one year caregiver experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year caregiver experience preferred.
• May provide health-related care if CNA credentialed as per tenant plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and laundry for tenants.
• Assist dietary with meals.
• Provide personal care per tenant service plans.
• Ensure tenant apartments and building are presentable.

As a Universal Worker you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our tenants. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park Place Independent & Assisted Living Apartments by ensuring tenant's apartments and building is presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals to tenants. Also, assist with the provision of personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned. Our tenants will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of living and care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
