Joyoflearningcenter in Villa Rica, GA is seeking passionate Assistant Teachers to join our play-based program. You will plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities to promote development under the supervision of a senior team member, helping children transition from infancy to school age.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to work Monday-Friday and part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten using the provided curriculum.
• Assist with daily care such as feeding, diapering, and nap time under senior supervision.
• Maintain open communication with parents using the Classroom Management system.
