Job summary

The Goddard School in Quakertown, PA is seeking a part-time Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our caring teaching team. Schedules include 1-6 PM or 3-6 PM, Monday through Friday, with limited evening/weekend hours and supportive training from lead teachers and the director.

You'll help implement age-appropriate lesson plans, support children's social and emotional development, and foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with staff to ensure safe operations and effective family

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty.
• Works productively without supervision.
• Excellent listening and follow-up communication skills.
