Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CDA preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Six months of experience with young children preferred.
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check and training.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds; mobility to supervise children.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with daily schedule, lessons, and safety.
• Supervise children at all times; support learning through activities.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning centers; maintain cleanliness.
• Document daily health and safety checks; monitor developmental progress.
• Communicate with families; use Brightwheel as directed; participate in meetings.
