Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Help develop and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans aligned with Celebree’s curriculum.
• Support effective classroom transitions.
• Supervise children during activities and use positive discipline techniques when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the classroom environment.
• Present a positive, professional image and adhere to uniform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents, greeting by name, addressing concerns promptly, providing positive feedback, and updating on child development and classroom activities.
