Ethos Early Learning Center in South Boston is seeking a Part-Time Support Staff Teacher to join our dedicated team.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Ethos Early Learning Center. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

About the Role

As a Support Staff Teacher, you will provide crucial assistance across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You’ll ensure the day runs smoothly and that all children receive high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Float between classrooms as needed, supporting lead teachers.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
  • Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and parents.
  • Follow directions, adapt quickly, and contribute to a positive workplace.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children under 3 in a childcare setting is required.
  • Enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program or related field.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team and families.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various classroom settings.
  • EEC I/T Teaching Certifications or Qualifications required.
Hours
  • Part-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
