Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Enid, Oklahoma. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized and stocked across the floor and stockroom.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, supervision of associates, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while delivering excellent service to guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
