Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing a store or retail team is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise; record-keeping and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and secure assets.
