Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Green Valley, AZ (Store #1284) is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager with no nights. The role supports leasing, cash handling, unit cleaning, and on-site projects while supervising a small team.

Schedule is Mon–Fri 8:30 am–4:30 pm with Saturdays possible and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour plus bonus. You will deliver excellent customer service, promote storage solutions, maintain property standards, and coordinate with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service focus and ability to sell storage solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to perform light maintenance and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
