The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while promoting storage solutions and maintaining positive tenant relations. Training provided.

Formación

• Prior experience in retail or storage leasing is preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and sales.
• Willing to work part-time, including Saturdays; no-nights schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Assist with maintenance and supervise on-site projects.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Ensure compliance with background checks and licensing.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
