Job summary

You will work with a team to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and deliver friendly service to customers while supporting the Store Manager. This role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and effective communication in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and handle physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives including compliance and communications.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged items, payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets, including store cash.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a clean store including bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
