Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Sheboygan Falls location. You will assist with daily store activities and help ensure a clean, well-organized sales floor and stockroom while maintaining high standards of service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to manage duties such as opening/closing procedures, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as described.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
