A small, client-focused law firm handling real estate, estate planning, and estate administration is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time legal assistant. This position is ideal for someone with previous office experience who values accuracy, professionalism, and client service. Part-time hours are 12-4 Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents (wills, deeds, powers of attorney, probate forms)
  • Assisting with real estate closings and file preparation
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Communicating with clients and other professionals

Qualifications:

  • Prior office experience
  • Familiarity with any of our areas of practice is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Notary public helpful
