Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring the property meets or exceeds owner, tenant, vendor, and customer expectations
  • Maintain open communication and keep the manager informed of property issues
  • Open the office and inspect the property as scheduled
  • Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income through outreach marketing and coordination with the site manager
  • Develop marketing strategies to meet or exceed income, occupancy, expense, and leasing goals
Reporting and Qualifications
  • Reports to: Property Manager
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Education in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services, or sales strongly desired
  • Available for after-hours emergencies as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SiteLink knowledge a plus
  • Strong reading, writing, mathematical, and grammar skills
