Job Details

Position: Part-Time Assistant Property Manager

Location: MSD Fort Mill

Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Schedule: 28 hours per week including Saturdays

Responsibilities
  • Assist in ensuring property meets or exceeds owner and customer expectations
  • Maintain open communication regarding property issues
  • Open office and inspect property as scheduled
  • Contribute to increasing income through outreach marketing and strategic planning
  • Develop marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy and financial goals
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Preferred: Education in Marketing
  • Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services, or sales
  • Availability for after-hour emergencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SiteLink knowledge a plus
  • Strong reading, writing, mathematical, and grammar skills
