You will provide educational leadership, supervise fellows, and help develop a Behavioral Health Skills curriculum within the integrated BH-primary care model, reporting to the Director of Psychiatric Services and the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Must hold professional independent licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/PsyD).
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in an integrated behavioral health role.
• PsyD candidates preferred with two years post-grad experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly educational sessions for psychiatry fellows and integrate skill development into supervision and clinical practice.
• Direct the evaluation and feedback process for psychiatry fellows to align with program goals.
• Design and implement a Behavioral Health Skills curriculum emphasizing trauma-informed and mission-driven care.
• Assist in staff, fellows and provider training in the integrated behavioral health-primary care model.
