We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to lead the loudest store in the mall. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, and development. You’re a versatile leader, capable of handling various challenges while driving sales and fostering long-term customer relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist your Store Manager in meeting sales and comparable sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run the store effectively.
• Create excitement and engagement through product promotions, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide operational leadership, balancing store operations, delegation, autonomy, and customer-focused selling practices.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate scheduling.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and use data to inform strategies to meet sales targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
• Partner with your Store Manager to develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience, with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Proven success in leading teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.
• A high school diploma or GED; degrees are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing retail environment and handle challenges effectively.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
