We’re searching for a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives related to sales targets, recruiting, and team development. Think of yourself as Harry Potter and Luke Skywalker combined—you can handle anything that comes your way while driving sales and building lifelong relationships with our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Support your Store Manager in achieving sales plans and/or comparable sales goals.
2. Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team to run your store.
3. Create buzz and customer engagement through promoting new products, leveraging social media platforms, and offering additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
4. Provide leadership to ensure the store operates soundly, balancing operational tasks, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling practices.
5. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
6. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ partners about trends and customer feedback.
7. Analyze sales reports and data to inform strategies for hitting sales targets.
8. Merchandise the store effectively, using planograms as a guide, and ensure all promotions launch on time.
9. Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop a high-performing, customer-focused team of loyal associates.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1. At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
2. Experience leading teams to success, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and team development.
3. Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks—think of yourself as having Avengers-like skills.
4. You must be at least 18 years old to join the team.
5. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a bonus.
6. Ability to adapt and handle the fast-changing retail environment.
7. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
