We’re seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our vibrant store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a passionate team. You’re adaptable, sales-driven, and excel at building customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Support your Store Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and engage customers through product promotion, social media, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership to ensure operational excellence, balancing operational tasks, delegation, and customer service.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.
• Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategies for hitting targets.
• Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with your Store Manager.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably with an interest in music and pop culture.
• Proven success in team leadership, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.
• Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.
• A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing retail environments and handle physical tasks like merchandise handling (up to 50 pounds).

Pay range: $17 - $19.55/hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
