We’re seeking music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 at The Mall at Robinson, you’ll support the store leadership team in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring fans can access their favorite merchandise. Your fandom knowledge will assist in training new team members and supporting daily operations and sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step into leadership roles as needed, including covering the sales floor and supporting management.
• Open and close the store responsibly.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and leverage fandom insights to promote add-on sales and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand sales targets, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Ensure store security and proper use of store resources, including theft prevention measures.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and a tidy store environment.
• Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
