As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you will support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer experiences, training new recruits, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets.

What You'll Do
  • Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Step in and support the team on the sales floor and assist the Manager when needed.
  • Open and close the store as required, ensuring security and readiness.
  • Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add-on sales using store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
  • Understand sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
  • Assist with store layout, merchandise placement, and visual displays.
  • Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
  • Help maintain store security and prevent theft.
  • Keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
  • Contribute to building a collaborative, passionate team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
What You'll Need
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
  • Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
