We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new recruits, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store operations by stepping in on the sales floor and assisting the management team as needed.
• Open and close the store according to schedule.
• Handle sales transactions at the register and promote additional sales through various benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand store sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
