Job summary

Lori’s Gifts in Syracuse, NY operates a hospital gift shop and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a compassionate retail team and ensure guest experiences reflect integrity, empathy, and excellence.

This role involves supervising staff, maintaining merchandising, handling POS, scheduling, training, and ensuring ADA compliance. Evening/weekend availability and physical abilities are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
