Job summary

Lori’s Gifts in Akron, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a compassionate retail team within a hospital gift shop, delivering warmth and excellence in every guest interaction.

You’ll oversee merchandising, scheduling, coaching, and operations, process transactions at the POS, and ensure ADA compliance while promoting generous employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
