Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Licensed to practice medicine.
• Board certification required.
• 5 years of experience in medical school, health sciences, or GME setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary administrative leadership for student medical and behavioral/mental health coordination, student career advising, and academic coaching.
• Oversee structured academic coaching and remediation processes, USMLE prep support, and documentation of progression decisions.
• Ensure confidential access to counseling, medical care, and student records per LCME standards.
