We have an immediate opening for a Part Time Assistant Community Manager Position at The Carrington Apartments in Bellevue, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. We offer:

  • $27-$28 per hour
  • Full-time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. May differ for part time

Requirements:

  • Available to work weekends
  • The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
  • Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
  • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment.
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references.
  • Ability to pass drug/background and reference check.
  • A valid driver's license.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State laws.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor, and prospective resident walk-ins.
  • Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building information.
  • Process correspondence for residents, contractors, and other third parties for property management staff.
  • Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly.
  • Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
  • Maintain a highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
