Poclain Hydraulics in Wisconsin is hiring for a Part-Time Assembly Operator on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role offers $26.00/hour fixed pay, a 24-hour, three-day-per-week schedule, and hands-on training with no prior manufacturing experience required.

You will assemble hydraulic motors using hand and power tools, follow work instructions, inspect components, and maintain a clean, safe workstation. This position does not include employee benefits.

Location: Sturtevant, Wisconsin

Pay: $26.00 per hour – Fixed Rate

Schedule: 3 Days per Week | 24 Hours per Week

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Available Weekly Schedules

Monday – Wednesday (3 days)

Work 3 days per week, 8 hours per day – 24 hours total.

This is a part-time position with no employee benefits. Overtime is not available.
