Poclain Hydraulics in Sturtevant, WI is hiring for an Advanced Assembly Technician on all shifts. You will assemble hydraulic motors and components, read drawings, and ensure quality while working with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality and performance.
• Perform rework and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Assist with training less-experienced team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Advanced Assembly Technician - All Shifts

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Pay: Up to $30.00/hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd Shift

What You\'ll Do

• Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions.

What We\'re Looking For
